10. Children & Minors
The proton88 Platform is intended for adults who are at least 21 years of age. proton88 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. Age is verified as part of the KYC process at account registration and at first withdrawal.
If proton88 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, any funds returned to the payment source, and all personal data relating to the underage person deleted in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
