1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and proton88 ("proton88," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the proton88 website located at proton88.club, all associated subdomains, applications, gaming products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the proton88 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the proton88 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are effective as of the Last Updated date shown above and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on proton88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. proton88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and proton88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must be acting in your own name, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of proton88 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or software supplier.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by proton88 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme to which proton88 subscribes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

proton88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to meet any eligibility criterion, or the provision of false information in relation to eligibility, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and recovery of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) proton88 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. proton88 will close duplicate accounts without notice and may confiscate any balances associated with them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to promptly update your account information should any of the provided details change. proton88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 KYC Verification

proton88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You will be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identity document; and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request. proton88 may request KYC documents at any time, including at registration, at first withdrawal, or during any subsequent audit of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. proton88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify proton88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

proton88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. SMS-based OTP codes are delivered to your registered Malaysian mobile number.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

The proton88 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary and native currency. All account balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in MYR. proton88 does not apply a currency conversion step for Malaysian players transacting in MYR.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

proton88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at proton88's discretion. proton88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the registered proton88 account holder name.

4.3 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your proton88 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few seconds for e-wallet methods. proton88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified. proton88 targets withdrawal processing times of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods following request submission, subject to standard security checks. proton88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests may be declined where active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, where KYC documentation is outstanding, or where proton88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

proton88 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable international gaming operator standards. proton88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Withdrawals may be withheld and accounts suspended pending AML investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

proton88 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are kept separately; real-money balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to Clause 4.4, while bonus funds are subject to wagering completion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. proton88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; wagering that exploits the mathematical structure of a game to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion or coordinated play.
• Time-limited bonuses expire at the stated deadline. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• proton88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on the proton88 Platform — including video slots, live dealer table games, virtual sports, and bingo — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules govern for matters specific to that game.

proton88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical results (card draws, dice rolls, roulette wheel spins) conducted in professional studio environments. proton88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake amount returned to the player's wallet. proton88 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated from a malfunctioning game round. Technical errors must be reported to proton88 support within 48 hours of occurrence.

All betting decisions are final once confirmed by the Platform. proton88 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend placed bets, except where such cancellation is permitted under specific sportsbook or live betting rules published separately.

Maximum win caps apply on individual game sessions. Game-specific maximum win limits are published within the relevant game's paytable or help documentation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the proton88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all wallet balances including winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs — any such exploit must be reported to proton88 immediately;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund an account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any activity constituting money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the gaming experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the proton88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game mechanics, artwork, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, video content, and database structures — is the exclusive property of proton88 or is used under licence from third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of proton88.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or any content thereon.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by proton88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at proton88.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

proton88 processes personal data for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing (where consent has been given). proton88 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing use.

10. Responsible Gaming

proton88 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all proton88 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of your session duration and net gaming result.

11. Limitation of Liability

The proton88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, proton88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

proton88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet connectivity and third-party services may affect Platform availability and that such interruptions do not constitute a breach by proton88.

In no event shall proton88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if proton88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. proton88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your proton88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

proton88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request;
• Suspicion that the account is being operated by an ineligible person;
• Any regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, proton88 may confiscate all balances, including deposits and winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), genuine real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

You may close your proton88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure request will be settled according to normal game rules before the account is closed.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming operator standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which proton88 is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and proton88, you agree to contact proton88 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. proton88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Disputes relating to individual game outcomes that are supported by certified game logs shall be determined by the relevant game provider's certified RNG records, which are conclusive.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

14. Amendments to These Terms

proton88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material amendments, proton88 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered account holders via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
